Currently there are five main Townhome and Condominium neighborhoods located in the City of Ojai and surround areas. The names and locations of these Ojai Townhome and Condominium neighborhoods are:
- Los Arboles - Ojai Luxury Townhomes located on South Montgomery Street just off the main street of downtown Ojai. Los Arboles was constructed between 2004 to 2005. Usually there are no more that one or two of these homes available at any given time. One of the main attractions of this unique townhome community is that it is located just off Ojai Ave. in the downtown area. You are simply just a easy stroll to Ojai's finest restaurants, shopping and art galleries. Libby park, which borders one side of this community features tennis courts, a playground and wonderful sitting strolling and picnicing areas. Homes feature from 2000 to 2900 square feet, 3 to 4 bedrooms, generous patio areas and two car attached garages.
- Creekside Village - Ojai Townhomes located just off Maricopa Highway near the Hospital, High School and local shopping. Creekside Village features a pool and recreational room.
- Hitching Post Estates - Single Story Ojai Townhomes located between Maricopa Highway and Cuyama Raod. One of the main attractions is that all of these homes are single story, modest 1, 2 or three bedroom homes with attached or detached garages. - West Matilija Street - Ojai Village Mixed Use - At first glance these three unique homes may apprear to be townhomes, but they are not. They are three single, free standing Village Mixed Use Ojai Homes locate in the downtown area of Ojai. With village mixed use (ZMU) property you can live and work from home with each home featuring a down stairs commercial space. Libby park, in the center of town has some of the best free tennis courts in the area. And in the evenings take a moon light walk to one of the many downtown restaurants. Heck, your car just may stay parked in your private garage for a week or more. Or, you might buy yourself one of those neat little electic carts and cruss around town just having a grand old time.
